I was born with a heart murmur and a flappy valve. This means that my heart is slightly off beat and sometimes de-oxygenated blood runs back into the valve instead of pumping it through the body. This can cause chest pain. A lot of people have this and it is not very serious. My mother has pleurisy. This is just lung irritation and breathing in deeply can cause temporary pain. Chest pain can be indicative of a variety of things. However, a majority of them are not serious since you are so young.
If it concerns you, tell your parents you want to see a doctor. They can do tests to see what is going on.
There are MANY things that could be wrong. It could be heart break, an infection, early symptoms of heart disease. The 100% best thing for you to do is to tell your mom/dad and have them make an appointment with the doctor. Chest pains can be something minor like heart burn, or something major that could result in death, and that isn't what you want.
Keep track of facts of your condition, they will want to know when it started, how long it has been happening, when it happens, what type of pain it is, and things like that. As I said, your best bet is to go to the doctor and have them check you out.
