Hey I reemember i had this problem.Dont worry my mom didnt belive me either.But what i did is sat down to talk to her which is extremly hard for me and told her that this time i really need her to trust me that my eye sight was getting bad and i really needed to got to the eye doctor and maybe get checked up.Pluse my grades where doing extremly bad because i sat in the very back.So i got my glasses and im doing great! Maybe you have to sit down with your mom or dad for a couple min.Good Luck !

tell your mom to take you to the doctor
Tell your mom to do her damn job as a parent and take you to the eye doctor.
well try to talk to her first then if that doesn't work you can sit in the back of the class and take notes from the chalk board then go to the board and see if the notes are right then go to the teacher and ask for a copy of the notes and show the differents in the notes to your mom. that will prove to your mom that you have a eye problem.
You need to tell your mom flat out that you need to get your eyes checked . Your not able to concentrate in school since your getting headaches. If she wants you to do good in school she will take you.
