Answer:
You are an adult now and made adult choices to have sex. Be an adult and tell your mom. Tell her you think you may be and do not know what to do. Or you can go to the store and buy a test and find out yourself. You are still young and your body is still growing, you may just be a little late thats all. Right now it may be to early to have any real signs. The first is no peirod haha the next...your boobs may get a little sore...you may start to see blue veins in your chest & boobs more than you used to...SOme ppl will get a line from the middle of their boobs and they way *down there* a light brown line...you may feel sick at all times of the day not just the AM...some foods may make you want to be sick..you may be moody..but some ladies have no sign at all sometimes. It just depends on how far along you are and your body type. Take a pee test...then worry about the baby if you are preg. Its really not that bad, I had my first at 19 and did just fine. If you are...get WIC then find a DSHS office to get free medical asap. Dont worry! I have 2 kids..its really great...hard but totally worth it. Feel free to email me if you have questions!
Tell her and take the hit. You need to go to a doctor. You might be surprised how your family will act during a crisis.
if you are pregnant you have to tell your mom it will be hard but she is the person that will be able to help you the most.
maybe you are not pregnant. maybe it's just a hormornal imbalance. you shoud try a pregnancy test. it happens sometimes to me too. if I'm stressed or overwrked or sumthing my period is late.
some signs are of course missed period, sore breast, vomiting or feeling like you want to, very tired. Some say urinating a lot but i never experienced that until late in pregnancy when baby was on my bladder. I was an 18 year old mom and my mother welcomed me with open arms, but i was also married and lived on my own. You have the option of keeping baby, abortion, or adoption. That all lies on your shoulder especially since your are of legal age. Definately tell your mom, take a pregnancy test first and then go from there. Dont stress out there is always clinics that outreach to teenage parents and who knows your mom may support you in your decisions the best she can and not get mad. If your birthday is not within the next 9 months yes u will be 18.
Go buy you a pregnancy test. the signs are different for everyone some have them some dont. Noone can tell you what to do it is something that you need to think about, I was 18 when i got pregnant and i was scared to death to tell my mom but i did she was upset but there isnt really anything she can do but to support you on your decision. But after awhile she came around and it happened to be her first grandson and she spoiled him. No moms dont want there girls to get pregnant at a young age it will probably upset her but hopefully she will come around. Good Luck
take a test, first, before you bring all of that into it. numerous things can delay a period. including, sad to say, worry and stress that you are pregnant! and it's really too early for signs, although a few women feel sick even this early.
in the meantime, if you find out you are not pregnant, you can just be more careful in your sexual relationship, and in the meantime, work on your relationship with your mom, so that you guys can be a little more open with each other, so that she realizes you are adult now, with adult issues. (this is a radical thing to accept, i know from experience. for some reason, parents want to keep their kids young...ish)
now, if you find out you are pregnant, it is time for a crash course in opening up that relationship with your mom. dealing with it as soon as possible cuts down on the stress of "what if" worries, and gives her a chance to act like the mom i'm sure she wants to act like. this includes freaking out, yelling, crying, blaming herself, realizing she's a grandmother, and any number of other possibly unpleasant responses i've heard people have.
no matter what her initial responses, she is always trying to be the best mom she could be, in any circumstance.
please don't get yourself to worked up. your mother will love you and nuture you as you are her child. i come from a very strick family i am 27 now but i remember the day my sister came home and told my parents she had made a mistake and needed help to my amazement my parents took her under the caring wings a nd helped her. she not long after lost her baby. parents are not that bad a bit of advice if you are pregnant don;t go to your mum with your guard up and have an arguement about it. tell her what has happened and that you need her HELP believe me in a time like this any mother will always help her child. your mother would be more hurt if you didn't seek her help.
first make sure. if you are not, there is no need in getting your mom upset. and now would be a good time to take precuations to not become pregnate.if you are,you tell your mom. most parents do not react the way a child expects.she would be a big help if you are to become a young mother.just be the best mom you can, nobody is experianced with thier first baby weither they are 18 or 38.its not that hard to adjust.just remeber to finish your education, and make choices depending on whats ethical, whats right, not convient.if you ARE NOT IN THE POSITION TO CARE FOR AN INFANT THERE ARE HUNDEREDS OF PEOPLE WHO WANT A BABY,i think you will be fine.good luck.
It will be a shock but your her daughter and I'm sure she will come around and support you. While it is tough being a young mum ( I was at 19) it isn't the end of your life or does it mean you won't amount to anything. I remember people telling me my life was over and I had ruined it. Now I'm the one laughing because I own a house, have a husband, get paid more than they do and I have 2 beautiful kids who have been by my side every step of the way. My life has turned out better than thiers.

The signs differ for everyone during pregnancy but I had cramps, sore breasts and that's about it at the stage your at. If you are pregnant, you need to remember it's a huge adjustment. Everything you do will somehow effect your baby so life becomes alot more stressful, and expensive. Kids aren't cheap. Personally tho, becoming a mum gave my life meaning and direction. I wouldn't change it for the world!!
in all likelihood, you are not pregnant, only late. you can get a blood test (better than the kits, better than a urine test) to learn the truth.

but you have a most interesting question. what WOULD you do if you are pregnant?

our society looks upon abortion lightly, but if you ever saw embryos in formaldahyde, at different stages of development, you'd be amazed how quickly they start to look like humans.

i had my son young, but then again, we both wished to make him. we forewent our post secondard education until our son was about 7. his father is a famous MD and i am a real estate professional as well as somewhat of a computer wizard.

our son is the best thing that we both decided to make. neither of us ever had another child of our blood. his 3rd wife could not get pregnant, so i am happy they adopted.

we don't think of the ramifications of abortion. so many couples that cannot have a baby would even pay your costs just so that you'd give them yours. but adoption does not seem a mode of choice anymore.

it should be since most young ladies just do not realize the frightful pain that they bring onto their fetuses when they abort. the spinal column forms really early, sometimes earlier than when you find out you are pregnant. the spinal column, as you know, comes directly from the brain and then branches out into nerve cells all over the body. doesn't it hurt you if you get cut? well, can you imagine the pain a little embryo goes through when the doctor (you do not get put to sleep, btw) inserts a mini vacuum cleaner into your womb and starts to tear the little life form into pieces, only to suck up each of them until you are clean?

i think we should think about this. you would not want your body to be torn into little pieces as you were alive, you would scream, you would be in unbearable pain.

when you learn that you are not pregnant, then get onto birth control. then you will not have to face "the choice" again. yes, abortion is viable to me in certain circumstances, but do use the web to look up "diagrams of partial births," to see what happens then--OMG! think about this. think about what you would do if pregnant. i hope all your friends do, too. (know: this is NOT attached to any religious beliefs at all).
Just take the test. You don't usually know the signs of pregnancy unless you have been pregnant before and even then it's not always the same the next time around.

If you are pregnant, you need to look at your situation and make a decision, you have options and it all depends on what you are willing to do. Are you willing to give up your life as you know it and raise a child? Are you willing to carry the child and put it up for adoption and deal with that so the child can be raised by a family who is prepared and truly wants a child? Would you rather abort and deal with that and keep it a secret to your mom? Just consider that the child is a life and if you aren't ready, you aren't ready and you are in control of what happens to you and the child and maybe even giving a couple the child they always wanted but couldn't have themselves. Everything happens for a reason...you may not be pregnant and this is an awakening to being more careful, or you are and you just may be strong enough to care for a child correctly and still make a life for yourself or there is a couple just dying to have a baby and can't. There are always couples wanting babies so if you are pregnant and can't keep the child, rest assured that there is a couple waiting to find a baby. Best wishes.
First, breath. It is far from the end of the world. You are an adult. Until the last hundred years (and still in most parts of the world) women have been having babies at your age. Decide what you want based upon your beliefs, and go for it.
Biological age is not what counts here, it is your level of maturity. If you want it then you can have it and a happy life. School may be delayed a bit till the little one is older, but life still goes on.
You are young, anything can happen! It is not your situation that will make or break you, but your attitude!
Pregnancy Symptoms — Early Signs of Pregnancy
Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms. If you have been sexually active and experiencing any of the following symptoms it is important to take a pregnancy test. Find a Free Testing Center

Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.

Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.

Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test: Find a Free Testing Center or Order my pregnancy test

Other Explanations: Excessive weight gain/loss, fatigue, hormonal problems, tension, stress, ceasing to take the birth control pill, or breast-feeding.

Swollen/Tender Breasts:
Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.

Fatigue/Tiredness:
Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.

Other Explanations: Stress, exhaustion, depression, common cold or flu, or other illnesses can also leave you feeling tired or fatigued.

Nausea/Morning Sickness:
This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Food poisoning, stress, or other stomach disorders can also cause you to feel queasy.

Backaches:
Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.

Headaches:
The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, impending menstruation, eye strain, or other ailments can be the source of frequent or chronic headaches.

Frequent Urination:
Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.

Other Explanations: Urinary tract infection, diabetes, increasing liquid intake, or taking excessive diuretics.

Darkening of Areolas:
If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or may be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.

Food Cravings:
While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Poor diet, lack of a certain nutrient, stress, depression, or impending menstruation. http://www.americanpregnancy.org/getting...
