Im 14 and i like to play with lighters if you were my parent what would you do???

Take the lighters away.
take away the lighters; slap you in the head and give you a baseball bat or something useful
give you a toy instead.

show you a film where someone lost their home and loved ones due to someone intentionally playing with things that cause fires or take you to a burn trauma center and show you what teenagers your age go through after playing with lighters.
Make sure you know the dangers and risk. Tell you not in the house and only when I am around. But I would prompt you to find a better way to express yourself and explore.still not excluding what you enjoy already...its just dangerous and I wouldn't want to harm you or others.

I would definitely suggest a psychiatrist. It can be treated.
14 is old enough to handle fire responsibly. I'd make sure you had plenty of ways to make fires in responsible ways. If you weren't responsible about it, though, I'd probably be very concerned. Or if you just generally weren't a responsible kid then I'd be concerned, too. Then I'd probably make sure to supervise you closely with lighters. If you were really messing up even with supervision then I wouldn't let you do it.

well i am a parent and i have 3 sons. but none of them play with lighters. but if i were your parent i would take all the lighters and hide them.
can you say pyromaniac, it's ok I'm just the same, lol. keep them away from you like in a closet so you can't think of playing with them. if i were you parent I'd probably just ground you and keep you away from anything flammable and the stove.
