For the most part, there is a huge difference between the mental maturity level of a 14y.o. person and an 18y.o. person. Secondly, there are laws in most all states that proscribe the age of consent (even if some people aren't mature enough to decide at 20 or 24 or 28 or even over 30).
Many teens are going to have some type of 'experience in sex' between 14 and 18. Hopefully it is a gentle transition from education, learning and more activity up to the point they are ready to make a rational decision to be physically intimate with a person they are in love with.
I've always told the teens in my life that they should ask themselves before they make such a momentous decision, how will they feel the next day, the next week, the next month, the next year. That extra time to stop and consider the potential consequences of their actions will hopefully lead them to make the right decision. And that goes equally for boys as well as girls.

Um honestly no! Teens are out doing it for acceptance and to be cool. Sex is love. Love is marriage, Sex shouldnt even be a daily subject in 14-18 yr. old children.
