i think that it means that you both still have feelings for each other and that you should maybe try to get back together and work out all your problems with each other. if it doesnt work out then leave it alone.

Having a friend with benefits is not always a bad thing as long as you know that thats all that it is! It just means you both are very comfortable with each other and obviously still attracted to each other..does it mean he still loves you..maybe love for you but not in love with you! The only real way your going to find that out is by asking..but be prepared for a let down if he doens't feel the same about you still.
