Mother sends daughter to TN from CO to live with dad she hasn't seen since she was 3. How does she get back?

When my friend lived with her mom, she kicked her out of her house and car all the time. Since she was 14 she's been sent to live with various other people. She is not even aloud to spend the night at her mother's house, nor is she exactly welcomed to call her mom. The only reason her mom is even keeping custody of her is so she can claim her on taxes. Now she is in Tennessee and her dad has said that she should go back to Colorado, but her mother doesn't want her to do so. Right now, there are three houses that are welcoming her to come and live with them. Her mother doesn't want her to do that however. So my question is what does she need to do to get back to Colorado and live where she wants?

Answer:
i would love to answer your question if you could give us move info. and stop with the she, her, him thing, give names (wheter fake or not) would clear things up. how old is she now, you say since 14...email me more detail if you'd like.i'll offer any help or opinions that i can.
No one wants to take her in. The best place is a police station and let the cops to find a place for her.
How old is your friend? Depending on her mentality, the courts will let the child decide where they want to live as long as it is with people that are WILLING AND ABLE to support her. Check with the states that the people live in that are willing to take her in, the may be able to petition the court for guardianship of your friend. If there is somebody willing and able to take her in, then they need to contact an attorney and see where they can go from there.
