Usually if you lose weight your breasts decrease in size. This is the only non-surgical option that I can think of.

I wouldn't advise on surgery... if you plan on having children, they get bigger... so who knows, you might have to have another surgery... I say exercise and eating a healthy diet. If you are overweight, losing some weight can help decrease their size- it usually goes to your boobs and butt lol... not in every case, but many.

They make minimizer bras that make your breasts look smaller. Go to www.onehanesplace.com and search for "minimizer bras"
Another thing to think about is losing weight - that might help a little bit as well.
Make sure your breasts are always well-supported - if they're not, the breast tissue will get stretched out, and when you're older, they will be droopy.
Get a good minimizer bra. Go to Victoria's Secret or somewhere they'll measure you and fit you correctly. If that's not in your price range - try wearing a sports bra over your regular bra -- it will generally squish you and cut down on the jiggle. Wear unbuttoned jackets or blazers -- stick with dark colors and solids on top. Balance your figure with wide leg pants, boot cut jeans or flared skirts.
I have big boobs too. It use to trouble me greatly but I realized that I let it interfer with my self image (the attention you get is a pain). I started to work on feeling good about me, exercising and eating right, they reduced a little.

Of course i should know since I'm a boy in all, but if you want to make your breasts smaller you'll need to exercises alot especially in running, but not too much. Plus come on, you must not be American if you want your boobs smaller, boobs are the symbol of patriotism.and freedom

There are special reducer (aka minimizer) bras for big breasted girls. I'm pretty sure they are sold everywhere bras are sold.
Don't resort to surgical reduction until you're old enough to handle it and you're 100% sure you want it or if you're having back problems because of it.
big boobs are hot. anyways, why tamper with natural things? You could get cancer or something if you try getting surgery. Why do you want them small anyhow?
