I'm 20
I can't really tell you what to get your friend, because I don't know her, but I made my friend a scrapbook out of a Disney Princess notebook, with pictures of the two of us and our other friends for her last birthday. I put movie tickets and napkins and stuff from places that were special to us in there, too. Maybe you could do something like for your friend.
I'm a full time student, but my first job was when I was 17. I worked at a movie theatre and made 5.15 an hour.
It sucked.
I'm in college. It isn't nessessarily the one I wanted to go to, but I'm working on a degree and that's all that matters. I'm a student photographer, although if I was being honest I'd like to be a superhero when I grow up. :-P
