No, you're not too tall. I went to school with a kid who was 6 foot tall at 12 years old. As a matter of fact, his sister and him were standing in the school doorway arguing over who was taller. She was 16 at the time and 5'9" tall. He was an inch taller than her. He's either 6'4" or 6'7" by now. He's an adult now. Hope this helps.
