im 13 year old male about 5 foot 4"

and realy havn't grown since i was like in 6 grade (3 years ago)

Answer:
It's very healthy, and good for you for taking care of your health and appearance at such a young age - there should be more of it.

Sit ups and push ups won't stunt your growth at all and will help keep your muscles strong. You can also do exercise around the house, such as skipping, climbing stairs and resistance training. You could ask your sports coaches for ideas on keeping fit during winter as well.

I wouldn't worry too much if you only gain a little weight in winter - that's pretty normal and happens to most of us, especially in a cold climate where you tend to eat more to stay warm.

Your height is completely normal for your age, and you are probably due for a growth spurt in the next year or two anyway.
ur 13?? did u like skip a grade??

ummmm.....pushups?? sit-ups dont stunt ur growth
of course not
yeah
Exercise doesn't stunt your growth, but steriods will. Don't play around with protein shakes or any of that stuff from GNC. Keep on exercising.

My brother was 5 foot 5 inches at 16, and 6 foot 5 inches at 18 - you'll grow, eventually!
for one thing are you that obsessed with your weight but i will try to answer your question i dont think doing sit ups stunts your growth because Usher does it and about what can do is run up a flight of steps i will burn off water weight and fat it will firm you up flabby areas.

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS
sit-ups are fine to do, but it true that weight lifting will stunt your growth...
thats not true...Only weights stop yor growth just keep doing sit ups and push up lil man.
Welcome to puberty. The average male grows height until around 18 yrs old. The average males grow "girth" until their mid-20s. The excess weight might be muscle mass. If you haven't gained inches or fat rolls; you're good.
