first think did you miss your period take it from that first. second you wasn't to young to lay down and have sex.
maybe you are starting to get sick or it was somthing you ate. Have you had sex?
The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test, you can take one as early as the first day of your missed period. If you are too young to have a baby then I would seriously suggest that you use some form of birth control, or refrain from having sex.
