Maybe your subconsious mind is in overload. It could be stressing you out causing you to imagine things. Just try and breathe and stress less.

Go to the doctor, because it could be serious in any case. Sometimes a tumor can press into a certain part of the brain and cause realistic daydreams. If he says it's nothing get a second opinion. Be honest and get some help
