ok so my best friend is a boy and i spend all my time with him he can tell when its that time of the month cos i always feel ill he always asks me if i am ok and can he do anything for me and he alwyas lets me rest my lower back on his legs when i sit next to him

That is very sweet and mature of him. It is always nice when you have somebody that you can confide in, no matter who they are, what they believe in, if they're boy or girl. And if you think you like hime, just wait a little. If you really do like him, then your feelings will continue to grow and then you won't be able to stand it anymore, so you'll have to tell him.
And he may like you too...but remember, you're the only one that can decide whether or not you like him, whether or not it would work, and whether or not you think HE likes you!
