Does anyone elses parents not let them trick or treat?

Usually churches have will have a Party. They will have games and other activities instead of trick ot treating. It is really fun for the whole family.
Ask if your church is doing something. Or if you have a friend maybe you can go to your friends church.
As for trick or treating I don't believe in it due to the dangers. It just isn't worth the risk these days.
So look for an alternative and ask about that.
awww honey. I'm sorry. I was allowed to trick or treat and I take my kids too. It's wonderful fun for the entire family.
You poor thing :( Trick or treat is not the "devils" birthday. Maybe your mom is just lazy and don't want to take you. I am not sure what anyone could do to convince her to let you go...I think mom might have some issues!
my son will never trick or treat. halloween is a satanic holiday. and trick or treating isnt safe. to many people harm the candy with drugs and razor blades
I do not let my kids trick or treat either
A lot of parents in my neck of the woods HOUSTON,TEXAS don't let their kids trick or treat because of the Sickos that would put razor blades in candy or needles. One DAD poisoned his son with candy at Halloween to collect the insurance. We let our grand kids trick or treat only the people we know like Neighbors or friends and accompany them There are a lot of weird and sick people out there
its the devils birthday? that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard ( well today ) Im sorry you can't go trick or treating maybe you can talk your mom into a fall festival or something.
Maybe she won't let you because you might scare everyone. Or maybe your too old. You are 26 aren't you?

it depends how old are u if u r 13 n above then she shud let u go but if ur below then da reason is coz is abit 2 dangerous.

Parents sometimes are not that smart, but usually they are.
have you try letting know your mom how you feel maybe she need to hear what you think and another think my mom never allow me to trick or treat either but eventually i get over it and accepted it
Same with mine too. She says we don't do that any more. I use to when i was younger but now she won't let me. This Sucks!

no. its all hallows eve. not the devils birthday. trick or treating isnt to celebrate this either! that isnt fair that your not allowed to trick or treat. but you have to be 13 and up to be on this site, so i dont see why you cant go with your friends

Halloween doesnt have anything to do with the devil. im a strong christian woman and trust me it doesnt have anything to do w/ tht. and about the harmful candy...take your kids to ppl u know! im sry u dont get to go.
oh...im sry.halloween is just a holiday!! satan duznt have a bday...duh...he was an angel, but he was cast out of heaven, into hell.and halloween was to celebrate the spirits,bad AND good, coming out and being on earth.i personally believe that spirits dont come in..but w/e.this is a really sucky situation for u tho
my aunt doesnt let her children trick or treat for the same reason but my mom lets me and my brother trick or treat shes tried to tlak my aunt into it but it doesnt work
my parents won't let me either. but i'm 15 so i jsut hang out with the girlies or my boys all night anyway

you don't need to be going trick or treat on halloween it can get scary. i was robbed of my candy so it's not a good idea. plus if u want candy buy it from the store.
