i have asthma and when i took the test that happend to me. sit down and take deep breths. breathing in through yur nose out with your mouth. take a drink of water and lay down. if that dosnt help breathe in a bag. it helps hypervenalation as well as asthma attacks. if that dosnt help call an ambulance or go to hthe holpital.
GET TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM **NOW**.
Don't sit around waiting for the crazies here to give you advice. You need an inhaler; if yours is not with you, you need to get to a hospital and get it there. HURRY!!

next time bring your inhaler to pe and have the teacher hold it fr you or keep it in your locker.
Take big deep breaths and try and calm down and find a teacher or a parent or anyone that can help you get to the ER or A&E depending on what country you are from.
Since the question was asked like 6 hours ago -if you didn't get help then, then you are probably dead now, or you have just broken the world record for holding your breath the longest lol (Hopefully neither are true and I hope you got help)
