Sons stinky butt?
I told him I'd start spraying his butt with perfume if he doesn't start taking care of it, but it hasn't work.
i've already tried kids wet wipes and such.
What can I do?

Ummm...is he showering daily? Have you questioned him about it? If daily cleaning doesn't work, maybe you should take him to a doctor and see if there's something going on down there.
it could also be his personal area in the front. Man odors there start out nutty or fruity, but can become stagnant if not cleaned.
Put some baking soda in a container easily accessable to those in the shower/bath. Ask him to pour some out into his hand or on a washrag and wash his backside with that, in addition to plenty of soap and water.
Remind him to take special care washing in that area, as if YOU can smell it, chances are his friends, classmates, etc. can smell it too!
After he goes to the bathroom, if you can smell him... ask him to go back in and wipe again. Let him know If he balks or still smells after doing so, either you or his father will need to inspect his bum for cleanness, or take him to the doctor and have him do it.
Make sure he bathes on a regular schedule, daily if he must. And make sure he changes his underwear everyday, whether he takes a bath or not. Enforce it... you're the parent.

My son does the samething and he is 8 yrs old. I had to go so far as to tell him he would not have any friends due to the fact that he smelled like poop. This was something that some in my family thought was a little extreme but I had to do something. It kind of worked. Your son is older , could it be hormones. He is at that stage of puberty so I would take him to a doctor for a check-up
i remember when my son was like 10,11 and my son was going through this "phase" i'll call it that bcause i dont want to call him nasty..but i got tired of smelling his stinky butt and seeing skid marks in his underwear...so 1 evening i waited until he was in the shower and i went in there and whipped the curtains back and i washed his a**..i mean i literally washed his a**, took the wash rag with sum soap and washed it clean and told him that no girl/woman wants a boy/man that can't clean his a** right...he was so embarrassed that after that nite i NEVER smelled his a** again and till this day (he is 12 now) i dont c n e skid marks in his underwear when i wash them..1 thing i realized w/boys (i have 2).they HATE 2 b embarrased especially by their mothers..i had to do the same thing again when he wasn't brushing his teeth right either..i dont know if u wld have 2 go as ar as i did (im dramatic) but just giving u an idea..good luck
