I would tell my mom. It could be something serious. Don't be embarrassed.
Are you pregnant? It can be your producing milk early. I started leaking when I was 2 months pregnant... But since you say its brown it makes me nervous.. usually its clear.. You should go get a breast examination... If there is an infection you dont want to wait til its untreatable... :D Better get it in the beginning before it gets worse... :D

Is there a reason you don't want to tell your mom? Is there something you have done that would get you in trouble or be embarrassing? If not then i think you should tell her! And get to a doctor asap! Generally anything coming out of your breast unless it's breast milk isn't a good sign!

Why wouldn't you want to tell your mother if you know for a fact that you are not pregnant? I would go to the doctor. You don't want to play with your health. Breast Cancer is big these days.
