Period pains.....?
Answer:
If you have a back injury that's with it there's nothing that can be done. Word to the wise do not use tampons if your having that much pain. I learned the hard way. heating pad, bath, hot towel on your stomach.
oh the period of menstral pains. Unfortuately welcome to the world of being in hell from pain. If you under a certain age you can't take pamprin/midol or those because they contain aspirin which can give you rye syndrome.
If you have cramps with your period, you can get some relief with regular exercise, a heating pad, a warm bath, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, or naproxen. An NSAID is likely to make regular cramps go away completely. (If you are younger than 20, do not take aspirin. Aspirin increases the risk of Reye's syndrome, a disease that affects the brain and liver.) If these treatments don't help, talk to your doctor about prescription medicines
well no not really you just have to get over it im am the same way sometimes i even have to stay in bed cuz i get soooo sick....after a few times it might get better
My friend got this feeling before, she also consulted many doctors about it. The monthly "dysmenorrhea" only went away when she bore a child (meaning got pregnant and gave birth). So if you're married, have a child...but if you're not, try looking for a hubby now :-)
midol works really well
take midol and use a heating pad.
midol, heating pad, nice hot bath, eat bananas,
EAT HEALTHY!- drink water, no sugar or salts, no chocolate
Exercise-it may increase flow, so use a heavy pad or tampon, but it relives cramps
Try some Advil and Asprin... Those two if you take two each and drink it with a lot of water helps a lot.. also eat bananas and rub your stomache... i don't know exactly why it helps but it really does..
Good luck!
