i am totally with u!! wow it's such a good thing that ur trying to lose weight! if ur really serious about it then u r gonna have to give up on alot of things, but don't wry it'll all b worth it. i mean there are lots of great programs u can do. theres this really cool thing that my sister does, iz called turbo jam. an seems pretty fun! u get these dvds, an it's more like a fun active routine than yoga or sit ups or sumthin. u also get these diet books an recipe books. u can also go on the web site a chat with other people!! am it really does work!
