well i want to lose 4 pant sizes. i want to go back to my regular size 4 but i gained so much weight over the past year so now im like a size 8. i want to go on this diet were i skip one meal a day, drink a cup of green tea everyday, eat less than usual, and walk for about 30 minutes a day. and also im a dancer at my high school so i get some fitness during practice also. i want to know is this diet healthy and do you think i can reach my goal in 3 months?

I'm not a doctor or anything but just eat healthy. Eat a HEALTHY filling breakfast later then you normally would or before school, instead of school lunch eat a healthy snack then before dance afterschool eat another healthy snack, then go home and have a good dinner. That way you'll have enough energy to start your school day, finish your school day, go to dance, and eat a big meal and feel full after your exercise. I would also make sure you workout before dinner instead of after, if you exercised after you would want to eat again. It will take time but don't over work yourself / starve yourself, you will never function properly that way
