TRUST me you will develop! Not everyone develops at the same time as others- we r all different and Im sure u r like sooooo sick of hearing that! I know I was kinda flat until i had my son and I woke up one morning and WOW instant boobs! lol BUT you will get them far before motherhood I promise you! Some guys dont like girls with big boobs so love yourself the way you are and they will too!

it's just to do with the rising hormone levels in your body.

everyone is different. my half sister was 14 and only had A's I was 12 and had C's. it completely depends on genes. Now She is 21 and im 18 and I have 36 D and she wears 34 C. My mom on the other hand is 40 and has 34 A's, she is so skinny and has small breasts. everyone is unique. you will find someone that loves you the way you are. You will develope on your own time honey. And remember you are beautiful the way you are.

No,it is not wierd.Everyone begins to mature at a different age.Some start early while some start a little later.Do not worry they will come when the time is right.
