I just dont know if it is cause its my first or if it is cause i work 10 hour days? plus i am showing for my first already as well it such a cute baby bump
Answer:
These feelings are normal, and should lighten as your body becomes used to the pregnancy. Sleep when your body tells you, and rest when you need it. You should consider working less. Talk to your doctor.
It is totally normal to be tired all the time. I was sick almost the whole time with my last preganacy, that I spent most of my time in bed from sickness and from being tired. Relax and enjoy it. Sleep when you have to. housework will still be there tomorrow.lol...
Congrats on pregnancy!
Often, women are most tired in their first and third trimesters, but I'll bet almost "anything goes" with pregnancy and tiredness. Be sure to get as much rest as you can, eat well, stay active, take your vitamins, see your doctor on schedule.
Drink a lot of MILK for your bones to stop hurting so bad.
