I can't. I've given some very good advice, but can't seem to follow it. I blame my depression for it. I think I've given advice on that, too.

I try to make sure the advice I give to others is based on my own experience, rather than just relaying what someone else told me that I haven't tried myself.
It's not good advice if you don't know for yourself that it works...
I think in someways you do but what I'm thinking is. People come on here and say 'do you think i might be pregnant' probably with excitement and people reply and say 'we don't know go and take a test' but if I was trying for a baby and I couldn't go and buy a test at that time and suspected I might be pregnant I'd probably want to come on and share how I feel and see if people think the same as me. But sometimes I get annoyed at people who do that. So in that respect then I may not follow my own advise.

Sometimes but i know what you mean sometimes when i give someone else serious advice and that also relates to me i just cant use it myself either even though i should.Its probably because im not that confident in taking it and doing so i would want someone else to in a way do it for me,i know stupid.*
its easier to give someone advice, than to use it yourself. and at the time, your really not thinking. your just doing what your doing. if that makes any sense.

Yes of course i would take the advice i give! Why wouldn't i use my own advice? Although i know where your coming from! Its like you give great advice but when it happens to you, you just can't seem to use it.Weird isn't it!

i only give advice that i think would work, or has worked for me, so anything i say id do if i was in their situation.

usually, yes, i am able to follow my own advice. when i don't, i end up in a ton of trouble (karma getting back at me for being a hypocrite or something, lol).
I WILL ONLY GIVE ADVICE IF I BELIEVE IT COULD POSSIBLY BE OF SOME USE, USUALLY FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES SO YES I DEFINITELY PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH.
