wow...if she is and showing then she is about 3-4 months ...i would ask her...just be upfront and blunt about it and say its because u r worried about her and if she needs a friend to talk to u r ther for her... dont diss her or put her down for it, just say "hey i know u have been with some guys and ive noticed a bit of a tummy...not to offend u ...but u also said your breasts hurt...it is possible that u r pregnant...im just worried about u and want to make sure your ok" ...i hope this helps and good luck
i'm a 25 year old guy, father of two and have been there to witness the symptoms of a pregnancy all the way to delivery. i totally agree with what the above person gave as advice. however, it would be in your best interest NOT to mention the different guys part. if you want to be blunt but SENSITIVE leave out what could be an atom bomb of the convo. to mention the many guys would only provoke the accusations of what people around school think she is. i'm not a girl, but i'm very great with helping others, male and female. and sometimes the problems get very personal such as this. i have gained many friends for my loyalty and God given wisdom to help and understand people. i pray for your friend and your attempt to help her. Don't diss her and definitely don't say anything that's going to hurt her just let her know you are concerned.
causually talk about pregnancy with her like about having babies and wont it be fun and stuff , she probably will get the hint u no and it will all come out , she will need u 2 be there for her .

Well if she's sleeping with 5-6 different guys than it's her own fault she's pregnant. Tell her parents your suspicions. And tell her to get tested and that if she is pregnant she'll have to give up on sports in order to raise her kid.
