Masturbation won't do any harm. It's good to help you figure out what you like. Guys do it. Girls do it. It's no big deal. Totally normal. Just do it when you want to, and don't when you don't want to. No need to stress over a number.

Im a 18 year old girl, so its probably strange to hear it from me but it is completly normal. Unless it is interfearing with other things you should be doing, it is safe and harmless. I have been doing it since I was 16 about 5-7 times a week. But obviously girls are different then guys haha.

Honestly, I don't think masturbating frequently will hurt you any. It might lower your sperm count for a little while, due to the frequent ejaculation, but seeing as how you don't need to be worrying about having children when you're 15 years old, that's not a problem. You'll slow down on the masturbation as you get older and you focus more on other things. It's nothing to worry about.
Besides, masturbation is a MUCH safer alternative to sex.
