My husband and I just found out that we are expecting twins! What do you think of our name choices?
Girls:
Makaia (Ma-Ky-a) Marie
Natalia (Na-tall-ya) Elizabeth
Boys:
Adian Rian
Memphis Michael
Our Last name is Beckwith
Answer:
First of all... congratulations on your babies!
I like Makaia Marie for the girl name! I am not so fond of the boys' first names paired with the current middle names, they don't flow well. Maybe you should switch them to Adain Michael or Memphis Rian. Good Luck!
memphis is kind of werid
Love the girls' names. Not so crazy about Memphis but it's OK. What if it's a boy & a girl? Which names would you use then? Just wondering. CONGRATULATIONS!!
there should be rules for naming children. first, try not to name your children after states, places, or cities. and make sure that however you spell it, it will be easy for people to pronounce. you don't want every teacher and person they meet for the rest of their lives pronouncing their name wrong. it's frustrating.
I like Makaia Marie and Adian Rian congratulations on the upcoming twins.
Girls: Hannah & Florence
Boys: Jasper(my name :-p) & Aiden gilchrist
I love Memphis. Sorry, the others are cute also, just got caught up in Memphis.
i personaly like Natalia Elizabeth and Adian Rian
i would go wit makaia and marie
but I would go wit tweedle dumb and tweedle dee
for girls i like Denise and Daisy i think its cute
for guys angle and alex
I like the girl's names very much and the boy's middle names too - in fact I would put the middle names together Rian Michael or Michael Rian. Aidan is too girly and Memphis is a bit unwieldy as a first name. Whatever you name them - congratulations and take care!
maby some different names like middle names and first names have a ring when they go together. and seriousle i would not like memphis if i was a kid. think of it as you like if you were a boy in like 3 grade do you like people calling you memphis. im not being rude.im very sorry if u take it that way. and congrats. i like the girls names they are very pretty. and congrats its always a thrill having a baby but 2 im very happy for u good luck oh i now for voth middle names makaia and maria
Here are our name choices:

Girls:

Michael James
Matthew Murray
Alden Matthew
Adam Charles
Our Last name is Beckwith
I LOVE the name Makaia Marie. Its beautiful! I would just be careful how you spell it...maybe better to spell it the way you did the pronuciation just so people don't struggle over it.
Natalia I'm not so crazy about...nor the boys names...
Adrieanne and Andre or Andrea and Andre
Please don't name your son Memphis. Or if you really love that name, could you at least compromise and make it his middle name, not his first name? :) I know you like the name, since you're thinking about it from the standpoint of the boy's parent, the person who gets to name him. But if you think of it from HIS standpoint, things are very different.
Memphis is a name he will never find on any personalized item in any store or tourist attraction. Memphis is a name his teachers will never know the gender of and will not know whether they're looking for a boy or a girl. Memphis is a name he can never "experiment" with and make a nickname from, if he wishes. Memphis has a somewhat "harsh" sound to it. Memphis is the name of a city, not a person. Memphis is a name plenty of children will tease your son about (The truth is that kids can be very cruel).
The only one I dislike is Memphis. I think Michael Memphis flows better. And Ryan is better Ryan. And Makayla is better than Makaia.
But otherwise, I love them!! Good luck!
Girls:
Makaia Marie - Mikayla Marie
Natalia Elizabeth - no
Boys:
Adian Rian - Aidan Ryan
Memphis Michael - yes, I like this name. My cousin named her little boy Memphis and he is a cutie!! Her little girl is Miranda. I think they're cute together.
Consider Memphis & Miranda for boy and girl twins!
Stephen and Queephin.
I love them all.
If I was you, for twin girls I would choose Marie and Elizabeth
And for twin boys Adian and Michael
And for a boy and girl Marie and Adian
Hope that Helps<33
I like all your choices except for Memphis.
Makaia is a nice twist on a familiar sounding name.
i like the girls names, the boys r ok, and just to tell u, memphis is an ancient egyptian city
Name them both Dave regardless of sex
I love those names! Especially those girl ones. Memphis Michael, i am not too fond of Both First and middle names having the same letter. But your choice. I really like those names!!
very good choices.i like them
Well where I come from you give names based on circumstances around the child's conception or birth. But some circumstances arent so good. Also note that whatever you call those kids is what they will be.
In Yoruba language,(Nigeria-Africa) twins irrespective of sex are called Taiye[ta-ye](for the 1st) and Kehinde[ke-hin-de](for the second) Taiye means first to see the world, Kehinde means last to come.
If I were you I would give them Bible names after renown pple like for boys David-[A man afterGod's heart]
and Daniel-[A man of excellent Spirit]
and for girls Rachel [Highly favoured and beautiful] and Abigail [wise and favoured].
Makaia Marie is beautiful. I love it and for the boy I like Adian Ryan. I really don't like the spelling with an "i". Is the name Adian pronounced A-de-an or is like Aiden?
I like Natalia Elizabeth and Aidan Rian but not the others.
I like Natalia and Adian (but I would spell it Aiden) I'm not too fond of Makaia or Memphis..but I like Mikayla. I'm sure whatever you guys pick will be perfect..good luck and congrats on your twins!
