I love this name! I have a 11 month niece and if she was a boy my sister was going to name her Angel. Yes, this is a nice name for a boy.
It sounds nice, but he may hate it when he grows up.
Anthony is fine, I actually like that alot. But Angel? Maybe it's a boys name, but you coulda fooled me.
Gabriel Angel, Michael Angel, or Christian Angel. Definitely not Anthony Angel. Christian is my middle name. My real name is Matthew Christian "MC" for short or Falcon. I go by both nicknames.

Okay I really like the name Anthony for a boys name but the whole angel name is nice and all, and I understand it is a Spanish name but think about how your son will feel later on in life, do you really want kids to make fun of him? Think of long term in this situation. But more power to you if you decide to do it, I wouldn't personally just because I know how kids are and were in school and you don't want to bring it on your child at least I don't.
I'm assuming you are using the Spanish pronounciation, in which case I like it. But if you're using the English pronounciation, well then it just makes me of tall, dark and broody vampires. ;-)

Yes. Awesome as a middle name. If he hates it, he can be Anthony A. (last name) when he gets older. I have met little Mexican boys named Angel. (pronounced An-hel) but I'm not sure what they think of that name as they grow up.
For boys, it is more acceptable to be "Angelino".

I like the name anthony but i think with the name angel he will probably get made fun of unless the school or daycare he goes to is all spanish people that know that angel is a spanish boy name otherwise i dont know
