Congrats on the baby first of all.Naming a person is a big thing.It is stuck with them for the rest of their life's! Remember that the person makes the name...not the name makes the person.
If you don't care for Isaac try choosing another one that starts with the same letter,maybe your hubby will not mind the change so much. Try Ian (I personally love that one).Ian Losson Hearst sound very solid!!And if she is girl...Caroline Isabella sound OK to me.Both are Queen's name (Spanish queens).Rose is an "aunty" name in my opinion. But I admit the Caroline Rose together sound very harmonious.First look at your child's face when it will be born...then decide. Sometimes babies don't look like the name you imagine! Seriously! it happen to me! They "look" like certain names...you will know the minute you first see your baby.Best of luck.

If you are not keen on Isaac, what about Jacob, Joshua, just to follow along the biblical route.

I did let him name the second one however I threw out a few names until there was one I could live with and I picked her middle name ( he liked Sonya so i looked up different versions in other languages until we found a compromise.
