I like it. I'm a big fan of unique names. and this definitely is! I think it's very pretty, I get a melodic feeling from it, because I can tell it comes from serenade (obviously). and she could always be called Sara for short. the only thing is, I think I might agree with the first answer, with the christine suggestion. not because of syllables, but I think it sounds a little better than both names ending in "a". but that's just my opinion. either way, I think they are cute names. =)
