I like it spelled with just one "L". I think it looks nicer that way. And more unique and old fashioned.
I think they both are OK. I think the two "Lilly" looks more old-fashioned (but not in a grandma-ish way), while Lily looks more modern. However, you may meet a not so bright person who pronounces Lily "li-lee." Just go with what you like best.

This question is just like Sarah or Sara. I personally like Lilly more because it's longer and more traditional. That's the same reason I like Sarah more. Again it's your choice, but I really like Lilly more.
