Anyone of them would be beautiful, I just had triplets, 2 girls and 1 boy and i named my two daughters Abigail Olivia and Ava Noelle and then of course my son Ryan Preston. But anyways kinda of funny how we have 2 of the same names. Well my choice would be first Noelle, Second Abigail, then Esther. They are all beautiful!
Out of those three I like Noelle as a middle name best. Other's to consider would be Grace or Lorraine.
I think Noelle is nice.

Reconsider the first name, it's rapidly rising in the top ten names so there are going to be a lot of "Olivia's." Olivia is my daughter's name and when I named her that I didn't know any other girls with that name, now it seems like every 3rd baby girl born is named that. Names have phases where they are really popular. I would go with Noelle as the first name and Olivia as the second. If you do stick with Olivia as the first name then my choice for the second name would be Noelle.
P.S.- I don't regret naming my daughter Olivia though, it fits her and I think it's a beautiful name.

Olivia Abigail is absolutely gorgeous. Olivia is one of my favorite names, and Abigail is definitely one of my top 3 favorite girl names.
Also, she'll have many nickname possiblities with this name. Livi, Liv, Abby, etc.
Noelle is too "Christmasy" in my opinion. Esther is okay, but sounds very old fashion to me.

I think that Olivia is a beautiful name. Since Olivia is four syllables you probably want a one syllable middle name like Jane, May or Rose. Olivia also ends in a vowel so the middle name shouldn't begin in one. It makes it much harder to pronounce. Olivia Noelle is a very nice name out of our three choices. Also consider
