I don't know who is reporting you but I like the name Tiffany Amber. Of course my youngest daughter's name is Tiffany Amber Lynn .... We also discussed Tiffany Amber Dawn. I have given all my girls two middle names. There are 5 women with the same name as me in my home town and 2 others in the tiny town we live in now. Both places at least one of the other women with my name have a problem writing bad checks. I have my middle initial on everything to differentiate me from them. I gave all my girls two middle names to help them later in life with the identity thing plus I thought it was neat. The other two are Katherine Ashley Marie and Sierra Elizabeth Rose. All the Tiffanys I have ever met have been rude, stuck-up, and downright terrible people. The Ambers I have met have been nearly the same. In my mind, that would make a Tiffany Amber absolutely awful.
However, without considering the implications of the names, they sound nice together. They're both feminine without being gushy, provacative without being skanky. It's a nice mix.
hmmm not sure why anyone would report you for that, it don't seem like a violation... lots of people ask for opinion with baby names. as far as the name Tiffany Amber, is two popular names together, which means: Appearance of God's Precious stone... it has a sweet meaning... the other thing you may want to look at is the initials ... if little Tiffany Amber's last name starts with an R her initials would spell tar.. and when things have to be initialed will she be happy being referred to as a "Tar Baby" other than that, it's a sweet name

I don't care for it because it is very "bubblegum" sounding . It sounds like a soap opera name. Maybe if you hyphenated it to make it one name like we do here in the south, it might be a little better.
The names are pretty, but they are definitely 80s style. Plus all the Tiffany's and Amber's I've ever known have been white trash.

Love it! my parents liked the name Tiffany and Amber. But they ended up naming me Tiffany Lynn.
