Well since you got the meaning of the names, I would then go with what name and it's background, closest matches the person's herritage. After that I would go with what sounds better when said with the last name. And if you still can't decide, pick one that is least likely to cause them to get beat at school.
But if I had to pick one, Taylor Sheen is my fav. :)

In my opinion (since you asked) Taylor is an over-used name right now and I personally don't like names that can be either male or female. Causes too many problems for the child in school. However, your other names are great---I'd combine the Jacob with the Benson.
