Pay attention to what you are eating and drinking. This soulds odd, but eat a candy bar. The chocolate is soothing. Take a walk. If you are still mad when you get back, then maybe it's more that just a mood swing.
it happens to alot of us. so don't feel alone, the one thing you can tell your boyfriend is to be patient, and ignore your moods when you are that way. but it will get better. good luck.
I have bad mood swings too, and my husband, most of the time, deals well with it. Just sit him down and explain the whole hormone thing, it usually works. good luck
Wait until you get pregnant someday-they are the worst then.I am almost 31 weeks pregnant and my mood swings have been so bad-I get sad or upset over the smallest things alot.My hubby and I will be laughing about something and the next minute I am crying-for no reason either-just my raging hormones.It is very normal-we women are moody creatures!

because thats called a relationship but they say that it is a minor sign of bypolar if you just get a mood swing and cant let go of it and keep on and on about argueing an cant walk away and all.

Oh man... you are not alone. I have mood swings when I'm not pregnant and when I am its way worse. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and for the last week have been crying over anything - commercials, the Santa Clause movie, General Hospital, silly things. It'll get better. . .
