how about ellabeth? annabella? or ellabel ?
why not just name her ella?
Rubella
why don't you just name her ella? wouldn't that solve the problem?
Louella. Mariella. Stella. Bella. Della. Fenella. Janella.
you could call her Elizabeth and just have her nick name as Ella... or just call her Ella... or Elmo... hehe.. stupid elmo... LOL
Gabriella is good (although she might get the nickname Gabi). I also like the name Isabella. I can't think of any more at the moment.
LOVE ISABELLA .. Maribella .. Annabella
Luella

Origin: Old English
Meaning: elf
Gabriella
Annabella
Arabella
Maribella
Briella

I also like Elliana which you could call her Ellie or Ella
You could name her Jezabelle. and call her bella, or elle, or ella, or elly for short.
You can also use Elizabeth or Eleanor, and shorten them to Ella. In fact some name dictionaries give Ella as a shortening for Eleanor. This can also be spelled Elena or Ellinor.

Arabella, Annabella, Petronella, Prunella, Mariella (which shortens to Ella most easily, in my opinion), Cinderella (but I'd advise thinking very hard before naming your child Cinderella, really!) or you could cheat slightly and use Michelle.

Edit: don't call her Rubella. That's a disease. As is Salmonella, before anyone suggests that...
Marcella
Rosella
Janella
Ellaine
Daniella
how abt stripperella? Or barbarella?
Gabriella, just like me =)
Why not just name her Ella? That's a pretty name.
Or Isabella, thats another pretty name.
Stella...
Bella...
Graciella.
Drucella.
Noella,only one that comes to mind right now.There are many others,just can't think..right now.Good luck & Congratulations!
im due boxing day, and i have been told its a girl, im actually just naming her Ella! so thats always an option!
Maribella
Marcella
Ariella

You could always just name her Ella. That is nice in itself.
Well, first off, congratulations!
Next, my name's Isobelle, so maybe try Isobella.
Arella, Lynn-Ella, and Daniella are some nice choices.
Maybe even Gabriella.
this is a latin name Mariella
Gabriella, Isabella, Annabella, Arabella, Ariella
annabella is the only one i can think of
Gabriella
arrabella
If you want her called Ella, name her Ella. Other than that, you can't guarantee she will be called Ella.
Cinderella.

P.S. In my experience, children don't get nicknames based on the middle or end of their names. They get it based on the beginning. My friend's daughter is Victoria and they wanted to call her Tori, but it never caught on, and she is 7 now.
Mariella.
Ella is good too.
Estella, Bella...
