My sister named my niece America LaRaine and I wanted to get opinions on it. I thought she was crazy at first but now the name fits her so well. How do you feel about the name.

I think it's a bit cheesy, to be honest. Many names end up "fitting" the kids they're applied to after awhile because... well, the kid's had the name for awhile. America is becoming increasingly popular as a name, though, so she won't be alone in that, at least.
It's a bit weird, that name is not romantic... it's "hard"
that poor child is gonna get teased for the rest of her life
