Good luck to your sister!
Mary
Personally I like Katherine, using Katie as a nickname. Just my opinion!
Katie is a cute name.
I bet Allison would be cuter.
i like katie better. but why only between 2 names? does she like those better?
Katrina, Katie is cute, but it's also common. Katrina is prettier and more interesting.
I like the name Katie.
I like Katherine and then she will have the option of going by Kate, Katie or Kat. We've always said we'd name our daughter Katherine. But we keep having boys!
Katrina
alexandra or katiana
well what do you think about Tara, Teresa, Tina , Tabitha ? i like Trinity that is my new babys name!
considering the relation between the name Katrina and he Hurricane, I think I might leave that name alone for a few more years.
I like the name Katie.
Zoe Renee. Katrina was a hurricane.
I like Katrina, but Katie could be used as a nickname for it. Katie is tradtionally a nickname, and some research shows people with nicknames as their full name have something of a disadvantage in the professional world. They're not taking as seriously as people with "proper" names. Putting Katrina on her birth certificate and calling her Katie gives her the best of both.
Katie
Katrina is really unique.
I love the name Katrina. The only problem I see with it is hurricane Katrina, which happened a year or so ago in New Orleans. So in that case it might do good to be Katie.
But I like the name Katrina much better.
Name her Autumn.
katie is alot prettyer name then katrina katie is alot better
I like Katrina...a beautiful, mysterious, strong name. My friend went by Kat for short, but you could always call her Katie.
Go with Katrina, you can always use Katie as a nickname. This way the child will have options when they are grown.
I like just Kate, she will get called Katie all the time anyhow, and Kate works well for a girl or woman of any age.
Katie
After Hurricane Katrina, I think that name would have a negative connotation for many people. I would go with Katie, but give her the formal name of Katherine. Katie is more of a nick name.
well katie means pure in greek and katrina also means pure in greek so i'm stuck 4 choice. hmmm.... i go with katrina cos it sounds prettier and i like it more.
kk
well if its fora girl i have a baby and i named her isabella. i think its a very pretty name and it sounds just sweet. and yes im white so it doesnt really matter what kinda name you pick. my name told me to pick katie or sandra but isabella just stuck.
Definitely Katie. When I hear Katrina, I always think of hurricanes. Maybe suggest Katerina (kat-ur-eee-nah), it's a little bit of both names meshed together.
Naming a child after one of the worst hurricanes might not be fair to the kid.
i like Katrina, or maybe Kathrine, Kristine and Kathy, just some good k names...
i like the name Katie, but i personally love the name Isabella Lacole.
well im from louisiana so katrina reminds me too much of kurricanekatrina so kaytie is cool
