Catherine Amy sounds nice, but it would be too similar to Kaitlin's name. I like Edith Amy or Esther Amy. Jerrilyn or Jaquilyn both go with Amy if you like those names. They are not my favorites. Lauretta or Loretta might work. Kelila Amy or Lejona Amy would be okay. Marissa Amy, Rebekah Amy, Sara Amy could all be choices. It really is hard to find something that flows well with Amy, but when you pronounce the name with a pause between the first and middle names (like they do at graduation ceremonies,) it won't sound too bad.
