Ian Michael and Nia Michelle both are beautiful.
I like Ian Michael a lot. Nia is pretty but different and people will probably mispell and mispronounce it. If you don't mind that though, just go with it (I'm 14 and my name is Erika instead of Erica so I get it mispelled and even mispronounced sometimes but I don't mind and it's not a bad thing). Otherwise, use something with all 3 letters in it thats more common like:
