If I have a girl I want to name her Ilyana. It's Greek. If I have a boy I want to name him Edgar.

All I would say is you want a name that people will be able to spell and know if it is a boy or girl as they get older. What may be cute as baby may not be cute when the baby gets older!
Many don't have cher so i think you should name your baby cher.
