Alexander is good, but I'm not loving Atticus
When I first saw it I thought it might be the name of a historical figure. I actually think it's really cool. Very powerful, the name of a leader.

No one's really going to pay attention to the middle name anyway. Alexander is - oh, for once on these forums - a perfectly good, normal name. I like Atticus, but I used to study ancient cultures, so I'm biased.
Make sure the initials don't spell anything!

I like Alexander but not Atticus. Sounds like he belongs in Roman times. But it's what you like that counts. No one ever talks about their middle names anyway.

Atticus is cool if you like lawyers and To Kill A Mockingbird. Alexander is a bit common though, and doesn't match with Atticus.. so call him Xander!
I love it!! Who cares what other people think, except for you and your husband, and with him, maybe you can compromise on a name? Like you choose the first name, he chooses the middle one or vise-versa?

I like Alexander, but not Atticus. Atticus seems Egyptian or Greek or something, I am not sure but its weird. Go for Alexander Xavier or Alexander James or Alexander Randall or something like that. The two don't seem to go together

Alexander Atticus is very classy. How about Atticus Alexander? Atticus Finch (from To Kill A Mockingbird) is one of the most noble characters in literature and a boy should be proud of such a name. Honestly, how can a name be too "goth"? That's the silliest thing I have ever heard!

It is very noble and strong. Did you get Atticus from 'To Kill A Mockingbird'? Atticus Finch is one of the most poignant and noble characters in all American literature. Excellent choice.
