Italian Girl Names?

I am pregnant and my husband and I agree on a boy's name. My heritage is Italian. I requirement some authentic Italian girl names that are pretty and not too easier said than done to pronounce here in America. Please don't move out "Rose" names, as we know the middle pet name is Rosaria. Thanks!

Answers:    Okay so here's my take on the concern....

Adalina- "noble" (I kinda realy like this one. It go.... And you could do Ada for short.)

Alessa- "defender of mankind" (Pretty.)
or
Alessia- "defender"

Amedea- "to love God" (I similar to this a middle name.)

Annalisa- combination of "favor; grace" & "God is my oath" (I close to this a bit also. I would maybe spell it differently.)

Annetta- "favor; grace"

Arabella- "answered prayer" (Maybe middle given name.)

Well I like Adalia and Sofia also. I devise you know what you want deep down. Go for the one entrenched in your heart. You've get a while yet. Besides I don`t know you should be looking for boy's names.... :)
Ciccolina is nice.
