Well, I like them both! Amariya gives the name a more modern feel & Amariae makes the name sound sophisticated. To be honest, I dont think kwaleyah is a cute name at all, thats what I think but hey, whatever floats your boat.

I think the first one, Sumiyah Amariye, would have a better chance of being pronounced correctly given the pronunciation you provided. With the second one, I have a tendency to look at all the vowels at the end and want to pronounce as "uh-mar-ray". Maybe just me, but I like the first.
"Kwaleyah" is a cute name, too. I like unsual names, have one myself and have tried to give my children slightly unusual names. Everyone complains when you do that no one will ever be able to pronounce it, but you know what, it doesn't matter if your family is happy. My name has been mispronounced probably since birth by dozens of people, and I just smile and correct them, but honestly I get more comments on how pretty and unusual it is. Sumaiyah meaning exalted and high is a beautiful name and one of my friends is called Sumaiyah but it is pronounced Sue-may-a. But you know its your baby pronounce it how you want. Amariye however i have never heard of but the first spelling looks best. Good luck.

Sumiyah Amarae definetly. More unique than Amariye but also looks a little bit easier to pronounce. Kwaleyah is cute especially the spelling.
