I prefer Mathilda Elizabeth, if I can mix and match.
I prefer Isis Elizabeth or Isabelle Elizabeth instead of Iris.
Thea is okay, but Mehetabel makes me cringe. Sorry. :(
Mathilda is nicely old-fashioned, but a little sharp with Kate.
Seems like you like old-fashioned names. If you are still open to ideas, how about:
Clara
Clementine
Eugenia
Augustina
Rosalinde
Marigold
Annaliese
Pearl or Perla
I'm sorry I didn't 100% love them as is. That's just me, name your daughter what your heart tells you.

I love Iris Elisabeth and Mathilda Kate is cute too. I like thea, but the middle name is confusing. Good luck to you!

Of those 6 names, I'd go with Elisabeth Iris.
I love Elizabeth, Kate, Iris, and Matilda. They are nice names without being too unique. The only thing is that I would name her Kaitlin or Katherine so she can choose to have the nickname as Kate. My favorite out of the four would have to be Elizabeth.

Thea is ok but the middle name is hard to pronounce.
I like the first and the second. Mathilda sounds a name of an aunt who smells bad.

i love the name iris, i have it on my list of names to name my child. not so much thea but its very unique just wouldnt use it. and mathilda makes me think of my favorite movie ever, i know her name was named matilda, but still. it was my favorite

How about Thea Kate? or Elisabeth Kate? Is there a reason you chose these names besides you like them? Are they family names?
I would start by saying to go with the one that appeals most to you and your husband. Which of the three can you envision yourself calling out?
Personally, I prefer Iris Elisabeth. I don't love the name Mathilda, but it is because I associate it with someone I don't care for.

I do NOT want to sound callous or mean and I understand that you took a long time and thought this out, but are you mad at your baby? Those names are not...well...I wouldn't name my child any of those names...There are two that you have that make sense though, maybe you should put them together...Elizabeth Kate...now that sounds nice...
You want your girl to be hating you don't you, but if you must Iris Elisabeth the most normal and beautiful of your names. If you take commentary and won't budge middle and first names then I would suggest Elisabeth Mathilda or how about Elisabeth Kate.
I love Iris Elisabeth and Mathilda Kate but I guess I would choose Iris Elisabeth because the H on Matilda makes me want to pro. muh-thil-duh and I think other people might too.
Well, since you asked, I think I will answer honestly. Though, it doesnt really matter what we think, it is about what you like. Unless these are family names, I would disregard Mathilda (as someone says sounds like you have a lisp when you say it), Mehetabel (shorten to Belle and sounds better...Thea Belle sounds nice). These are "old people" names along the same lines as my grandmother Eula and my great aunts Ethel and Mabel. Find unique names that wont ensure that your child is made fun of.
Iris Elisabeth. While different names and different spelled names are unique, alot of kids hate it. I know, my 17 yo complains about her different spelled name every day.
I like Iris Elisabeth the best, then Mathilda Kate. Thea is not my favorite.
I think Mathilda Kate is a very pretty name.
I'm not feeling for Mehetabel or Thea. Mathilda is ok but a little bit ancient. If you are trying to honor someone by this name, use it as a middle name instead. Otherwise, I'd talk you out of it.
Here are some suggestions that I think may be prettier and more graceful:
Katherine Iris (this is beautiful! Iris revitalizes as a classic name as Katherine) Use Kate for short.
Elizabeth Kate (like the other person suggested)
Katherine Elise (elise modern version of Elizabeth)
Iris Elisabeth is lovely! And I don't think it's stupid at all to name her after "Your" song. I think it's a beautiful sentiment! You don't hear Iris much, so that's a plus. Great name.
