Although I'm not a big fan of the name, I think Honey is the best that goes with Denise. For the boy, it would be between Roy (very sporty) and Michael (so cute).

Well, the last name makes a difference too...
I would say Honey is my favorite middle name; Alice sounds too similar to Denise and Arva sounds a little masculine.
For the boy names, I like Ben and Arthur. Michael could be a middle name but is very common for a first name. Roy and Martin sound to me like old-man names.

For the girl middle name i would say Alice, and you are naming a boy Denise? For the boy middle name I would say ben.
Please don't give her honey as a middle name. Please please! Alice don't fit because of the se & ce sounds. Arva doesn't flow well.
