Noreen Helen: Pretty.
Chanda Christina: I'd swap the first and middle
Betty Jean: How about Elizabeth Jean and call her Betty?

Nancy: nix the e. I've always thought this sounds like "nicey" though.
Sue(Susan): I don't care for the nick name "Susie."

in my opinion, they're all a little too cute. the girl might not like it when she grows up. i like jessica, but i think if you want cutsie name you should choose Madeleine or Madison so she can change it to Maddie when she gets older. The name Maddie (Maddi, Maddy, etc) is good because it can look good different ways. does that make sense? i hope i helped. i know i would deffinitley not want ot be named the said names beacause, like i said, they're too cute.
Why not try to mix them up? Like Laura Leann has too many L's. Try Laura Fay or Chanda Jean, Tara Leann...Helen Fay. Noreen Sue, Christina Joan, Harriet Jean. Make sure the name flows, especially with whatever the last name is.
Tara, Jesseca, and Noreen are all good. Cute for a little girl, yet wouldn't look odd on an application to medical school.
