Personally, I don't think it matters. But most of the Sarah's (or Sara's) I know spell it S-A-R-A-H.

i like sara better it sounds so sweet and innocent while sarah with an H sounds so traditional, overused and boring.
with the "h", i think it looks better.

Sarah is better - Sara is nice, but looks unfinished - like someone was in a hurry and forgot to add the last letter.

Sarah has the slight edge. Sara just feels a bit unfinished, and I can't help wondering "oops, did I misspell that? is it supposed to have an h?"
