Baby Name help!?

My husband and I like the name Breelyn, for a girl but I like the spelling of Breelin & my husband wants to add a "d" and make it Breelind.
I want your imput please, do you like the name which spelling and does the added "d' make it too mascuine? Thanks

Answer:
defitanly without the d .. it kinda ruins the name. and Breelyn is a beautiful name =]
I think the name is really cute. Either spelling is fine, however, i don't really like the d at the end. It just doesn't sound right to me.
My advise would be to make it an easy name for everyone else to get right when they read it!
My name has a silent 's' on the end, people use my correct name until they see it written down and then all of a sudden I have been renamed!
It has been a problem all my life and I often wonder why my Mum chose to have it that way. There is nothing more frustrating or embarrassing than having to correct people, especially teachers etc, when she is little.
So if it is to be Breelin, make it just that, she will thank you!
I dont really like the d at the end, because it's more complicated to say, but they are both very lovely names
the name is cute. but i dont think the 'd' at the end wouldnt be right. then people would be emphasizing it when pronouncing her name, and it just sound right.
I like Breelynd. The y adds the girly feel to it.
the name is nice, and I like the spelling Breelyn. I also think that you are right adding a "d" at the end makes it sound masculine.
I like Breelyn better. I would go with it.
yeah! its really cute and very very unique! do it.=)
Number one tip when it comes to naming your kids: Don't "make up" any names. Breelyn is not a name...neither is Breelind. It sounds like you smushed "Bree" and "Lynn" together and quite frankly it sounds very trashy. All these names out there like Jaylynn, Braylen, Kaylee, Jaylee, etc.--they're terrible, if you ask me.

Stick to names that are already names--don't go creating your own.
I say N
I love the name Amelia Grace, but as far as your name its different and pretty, I would stick with Breelyn, a d in does look a little masculine.
I think that the name can be verseatile meaning that it could be used for a boy and a girl.I think that if you spellit with a d at the end it should be for a boy instead of a girl.If you spell it without a "d" at the end then it will be perfect for a baby girl!
I dont think the d is good it dosent make much sense.
Breelyn is GREAT!! Don't add the "d" :)
I like just breelin. The 'd' wouldn't be bad. & That other girl who says it isn't a real name. It is && Is there really such thing as a real name anyway?
I like Breelin, it looks more feminine.
I agree w/ everyone else, no D it makes it harder to say, and that's something you want to think about when she starts to say her own name. And the Y makes it look prettier when written down.
Breelyn is beautiful
I would go with your spelling Breelin
The woman always get the spelling, they have the baby
Congratulations on number 4
I like it with a Y not I and the D sorry hubby, but it looks like a boys name or a name of a country
Breelynda?Lol,I just made that up...Breelynd sounds not too bad,but Breelyn sounds good to me!It sounds fine...
breelyn!
You can still pronounce it Breelyn and put the 'D' at the end to make her name unique and different from everyone elses. Or the baby (yours I am assuming) can me named Breelynda so it'll be a mixture of you and your husband's name choices.
BREELIN IS VERY CUTE..DONT ADD THE D..
It's a gorgeous name
I actually like the Y in it.. Breelyn..
Don't add the D.. it does not sound good.. and is more masculine
I like the original spelling of Breelyn...The "d" at the end makes it seem a little off.
BrieLyn
No, sorry not my cup of tea with either spelling, but if I had to pick one I'd pick Breelyn.
The spelling I prefer is actually Breelyn. My second choice is Breelin.

I feel like Breelind is just a nickname for Breelinda. :)

I do really like Breelyn though. Good Luck! SD
