I am 13 weeks pregnant and my lower abdomin is feeling a slight warming feeling and mild cramping like the onset of a period. Has anyone felt this before and if yes what was it.

The cramping is normal as was already written. It does mean your uterus is growing. I had mild cramping during my first trimester but it is subsiding now. As for the warm feeling, it probably is gas and maybe you are constipated and have to have a bowel movement. I have experienced that a little.

yes I did in deed have this before & it turned out to be nothing..just stretching of the uterus! But it is always best to get the opinion of your doc! GOOD LUCK
Yes I felt it both times I was pregnant. It is just your uterus growing. If you were having a miscarriage, it would most likely be intense cramping.
